Georgia Sea Grill

For this presentation in my Entrepreneurship class, my group and I had the opportunity to interview Zack Gowen. At that time he was the owner of Georgia Sea Grill, and was in the process of opening 2 new ventures on Saint Simon's Island. Our presentation covers the cost breakdown analysis of his new ventures, and an overview on financing them, as well as our recommendations for the new restaurants to succeed.
